Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products.
Every product in this store is a downloadable PDF. The moment your order is placed, the files are delivered and cannot be returned, deactivated or recovered. For that reason we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once an order is complete.
Read a plan before you buy
Because we cannot offer refunds, we give you a complete plan to read for free — not a preview or a sample page, but a full plan with its cut list, dimensioned drawings and assembly steps. It is in exactly the format every plan in our packs uses. Download it, read it end to end, and only buy if the work is the standard you want.
Consent at checkout
By completing a purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital files and you acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content is lost.
If something goes wrong
The no-refund rule covers change of mind. It does not cover our mistakes. Contact us and we will fix these at no cost:
- Your download never arrived. Check spam and promotions first, then contact us and we will resend the link.
- A file is corrupted or will not open. We will send a replacement.
- You were charged twice for the same order. The duplicate charge is refunded in full.
- You received the wrong product. We will send the correct one.
Your statutory rights
Consumer law differs by country, and in some places it grants rights that a shop policy cannot remove. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any right you hold under the law of your own country.
